Reviews and Ratings
My room had a big double bed that felt like about 6', plenty of pillows, and was very comfortable. Although it lacked air conditioning, the room was spacious, modern, and clean, with pleasant decor and various amenities like a flat screen TV, fridge with complimentary water, and tea/coffee making tray. The only downside was the absence of a safe, but overall, it was a cozy stay on the ground floor as I requested.
The hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms but lacks refurbishment. It's ideal for an overnight stop on the way to your destination, although there was an unfortunate theft incident in our room. The service, while accommodating large groups efficiently, falls short of a more upscale standard. The location is convenient for travelers and those exploring the champagne region, despite needing some improvements. The dining experience was satisfying with a good selection, especially for a substantial start for the next day's journey.
The hotel is on the edge of an industrial park and outside the city, making it a good choice for travelers exploring the champagne region, with a strong champagne menu at the bar. The rooms are well-designed for frequent use but could use some updating, although the smoking room unfortunately had a cigarette smell lingering. The service was friendly and helpful, including unique touches like gluten-free bread rolls. However, the dining timing was inconvenient for early starters, starting at 7 am. Overall, a decent option for those looking for a pleasant stay away from the city center.
